has always led a very sheltered life in his quiet

pumpkin patch.

But
today, October 31, he decided to venture out to
see
what exactly this "Halloween" thing is all about.
His
first stop was a place people called a
Haunted
House.
He
went inside, and what did he see...?
He
didn't like this place very much. He got scared!!
Poor
Mr. Pumpkin!
As
Mr. Pumpkin continued on with his journey,
he
came across many carved pumpkins. Some
were
scary............and some were cute!

Some
of the pumpkins he saw were having
lots
of fun just rolling around!
Yikes, I'm getting dizzy!
And
then he met a very nice little girl who was out
trick-or-treating.
She explained how much fun it was
wearing
a costume, visiting neighbors with her
friends
and receiving little treats.
After
seeing all the fun, the cute pumpkins and the little
girl,
Mr. Pumpkin decided that he likes Halloween!
He
could hardly wait to get back to his quiet
little
pumpkin patch to tell all the other pumpkins
about
Halloween!
